Original green cloth with gilt titles to spine. Unclipped dust-wrapper. xviii, 469 pp.; 56 pages of colour plates and 48 b/w photographs; six maps and 26 diagrams. A Near Fine copy [a slight spine-tilt] in a VG+ wrapper showing just a little wear to the corners and spine-ends, and a hint of spotting to the front and rear panels. Internally Fine and free from inscriptions, there is a little spot of creasing to the upper corners of some early pages. Overall, a superb example.
