Bound in the publisher's original embossed maroon cloth, with gilt spine-titles. xiii, 445, [8] pp.; b/w frontispiece plus numerous (including many anatomical) illustrations in the text. A Good+ copy showing darkening to spine (the gilt has faded) and rubbing to the boards - the cloth is a little chipped at the head of the spine. Contents are clean and firmly-bound (save for one cracked hinge at pp.199/200) with some spotting to early and latter pages. Overall, a decent example. Price: 30.00 GBP
