A fascintaing autobiographical account of Conan Doyle's life, also contains the first appearance of The Adventure of The Two Collaborators; a Sherlock Holmes pastiche created by Doyle's friend and fellow author J.M. Barrie describing Holmes death at a a time when Doyle was feeling increasingly put upon by the success of his creation.
